Wri-Tech is a completely (brand) independent organization. As a result, our experience with almost every brand and model of pump grew over the years. We can provide service to any pump system. This includes Wilo, Grundfos, KSB and Flowserve pumps, but of course many more. In addition to its own group, Wri-Tech also works with a large number of often smaller and specialized companies.
Wri-Tech can realize the complete repair or overhaul. This can be done on the quay in the Benelux or in the workshop. For every repair we provide a clear, extensive and detailed report containing the work and of course the costs for this pump overhaul. If replacement is the best option, we also offer the correct replacement pump. Optionally, we patch and repair mechanical seals individually or for pump repairs in our workshop.
Wri-Tech can also carry out full maintenance. This can be done on the quay in the Benelux or in the workshop. During maintenance, we regularly measure the pumps and pump drives to preventively identify which pumps or drives are in a deteriorated condition and need to be overhauled. Thanks to this method, we plan overhaul at a time when you can do without the pumps and/or drive. This prevents your production from unintentionally coming to a standstill.
New pumps can be tested at Wri-tech partners. They are tested according to various ISO standards including associated certifications. After overhaul or repair of a pump, we can also test it at a local partner. You will receive an extensive report of this test. This way you can clearly see that the pump meets the requirements again. We also offer the option of supervised testing (witness test).
